CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Tumbling for Tots (1.5-3.5 years)- Parents join in the fun while instructors lead the class in songs, parachute activites, ball play, and beginning gymnastic skills. Children will enjoy motor-development and rhythmic activites, as they are introduced to tumbling, movement exploration and group games.

Kindergym (3-5 years)- Music and motivation are used in developing and teaching basic gymnastics, tumbling, group games, and apparatus techniques, in a positive and safe environment.

Grade School Gymnastics (6-9 years)- Stars are introduced to gymnastics & tumbing skills taught through line tumbling, apparatus techniques, and obstacle courses. USA Gymnastics formatted lesson plans and drills are incorporated specifically for this age group.

Sports Skills (4-7 years)- Children develop fundamental grade school sports skills in combination with gymnastics and tumbling. Every 2-3 weeks we focus on a different sport!
