GENERAL INFORMATION

Classes meet once a week. Classes are on-going and children are welcome to enroll anytime during the session. Classes begin promptly as scheduled so please be on time. If you are late, please remove your child's shoes and socks and quietly join the class already in progress.

We strive to keep low student-teacher ratios. On rare occasions (due to instructor illness or accidental over-booking) we may exceed these ratios. If this happens and you are not satisfied with the quality of your class, we will be happy to schedule a make-up for you.

For safety and insurance reasons siblings are not allowed in the gym during class, unless confined to a stroller, car seat, or baby pack. Please note: Although we do have activities for children in our lobby area  we cannot provide supervision of children before or after class, or for siblings waiting in the lobby during a class.

Holiday Closures: New Years Day, Memorial & Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We are closed for classes 1-2 weeks between sessions, and sometimes for Spring and mid-Summer breaks. Please see our current schedule for details.

SESSIONS & REGISTRATION

We run a series of 7 to 10 week sessions throughout the year: Fall-Winter-Spring Sessions run from September through Mid-June.  We offer Summer Camps during our Summer Session in addition to our classes.  Members receive priority registration & renewal, allowing them the opportunity to choose classes first, before they fill.  We strongly recommend you complete an Auto-Enroll Agreement, so that you don't accidentally lose a spot in class!

SNEAK PEEK CLASS

We encourage new customers to schedule a Sneak Peek class before they join our program.   These need to be scheduled in advance and are limited to first-time, non-members.  We can not book a Sneak Peek class in a full class.  Thanks for understanding!

TUITION & MEMBERSHIP

Most of our Sessions are 8 weeks in length.  Classes meet once a week for 50 minutes except our advanced SuperStars class which is an hour and a half.

All Once a Week Classes                  $17/week                                        

 

Except Advanced Gymnastics         $22/week

 

5-Class Card                                      $90/card

Class Cards are an alternative for children and families with busy or irregular schedules. Class Cards may be used during any available class time for your child's age group. Must be used within dates of current session. Card holders must schedule classes- no walk ins. One Class Card per child.

Membership

An annual family membership and registration fee of $45.00 is required for enrollment in any of our classes.  The membership is valid for one year from the date it is paid. This annual fee helps to cover special events and registration costs, and entitles you to member discounts, priority registration and various other member activities.  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for non-payment, late payment or non-adherence to gym policies and rules.

MEMBER DISCOUNTS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a variety of discounts to our members.

  • A $25 discount on Birthday Parties is offered to all members.
  • Siblings are eligible for 10% discount when both children sign up for a full session.
  • Discounts for a single child taking multiple classes are 50% off the second class.
  • Discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any special offers, coupons or promotions.

Refund Policy

We happily refund tuition with a one-week written notification.  All drops are subject to a $10 per class/camp processing fee. We are unable to refund for missed classes, however we do provide make-ups. No refunds can be given for classes or camps that have already occurred. Refunds will be less any discounts.  Sorry, party deposits/payments, special orders & membership fees are non-refundable.

MAKE-UP POLICY

Unlike many other gyms, we encourage make-ups for classes missed due to illness or vacations. Make-ups are not guaranteed and are based on availability in other classes. Make-ups depend on your flexibility to attend other classes. Make-ups must be scheduled in advance, and are limited to 3 make-ups per session. Make-ups need to be taken during the session in which the class was missed.  Sorry, due to the nature of camps, we are unable to make-up or credit for missed camp days.
