Welcome, and thank you for visiting GYMTASTIC!

We strive to be the premier gymnastics, sports and fitness provider for children ages 1-10 in the Tri-Valley Area.

More than mere playtime, our curriculum focuses on the physical, mental and social development of children. In addition to gymnastics and sports skills, we develop coordination, motor skills, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

GYMTASTIC! offers children ages 1-10 years, weekly classes in gymnastics, tumbling and sports skills development. Our non-competitive, recreational program, focuses on building skills in a fun and nurturing environment. Children are encouraged to "Do their best" - Not necessarily to "Be the best." Our teaching philosophy is to encourage children to participate and build skills at their own pace, in a safe and non-judgmental setting. We find that children who are having fun learn better, and stay with classes longer!
